Riverhead Town Justice Court report

There were 180 cases on the docket in Riverhead Town Justice Allen Smith’s court, Jan. 18. The following are among those adjudicated.

• Keith Stetz, 23, of Old Town Road in Port Jefferson pleaded guilty to petit larceny and was fined $205 and sentenced to 60 days in jail. A charge of criminal possession of a hypodermic instrument was dismissed.

• Joseph Gilliam, 38, of Northville Turnpike in Riverhead pleaded guilty to disorderly conduct, reduced from third-degree assault, and was fined $330 and sentenced to 15 days in jail.

• Mario Puluc, 25, of Sound Avenue in Calverton pleaded guilty to driving while ability impaired, reduced from driving while intoxicated, and was fined $810 and sentenced to time already served in jail.
