Goodale Farms will serve beer brined cheese

Pairing cheese with alcohol is nothing new. But at Goodale Farms in Riverhead, they’re getting creative with the classic coupling. Instead of sipping wine with cheese, they are brining it with Long Ireland Brewing Company beer for a flavoring like no other.
